Greg Mozel
Senior Pastor
Greg has served as our Lead Pastor for 20 years. He casts our church vision, preaches at our worship celebrations, mentors leadership teams, and encourages us to faithfully follow Christ. He is a graduate of Western Evangelical Seminary, George Fox University, Portland State University and Pierce College. He taught at the International Leadership Academy in Moscow, Russia and George Fox University in Portland, Oregon. He serves as a pastoral mentor for Vision New England and Gordon Conwell Seminary. Greg and Carolyn have been married for 33 years with two children. Greg enjoys escaping to the beach, exploring historical sights, and reading thought-provoking books. 
 
Lily Soh
Chinese Ministry Pastor
Lily serves as the Pastor for FBC’s Chinese Ministry and leads our church in serving our neighbors and sharing the Gospel through global missions. Lily has served in ministry for more than 30 years in Singapore, China, Angola, and the United States. She earned her Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and her Doctor of Ministry at Assemblies of God Seminary. Lily uniquely bridges cultures and languages to share the Gospel and equip the church to further Christ’s mission. Experiencing the wonders of the Aurora Borealis is high on her bucket list. She enjoys reading books, especially by Henri Nouwen, and exploring the beautiful scenery of Massachusetts.
 
David Mosher
Worship Director
David produces FBC’s three worship celebrations by planning Christ-centered worship, leading the worship team, collaborating with the choir director, coordinating the media team, and training worship artists. David earned his PhD in music theory from UMass, his MS in music theory from the University of Houston, and a BM in music education at Howard Payne University. He has served on our worship team since 2012. Prior to FBC he served as the Worship Pastor at Sienna Ranch Baptist Church for seven years and at Del Sol Church in Houston for eight years. David and Renee have been married for 14 years, recorded two worship CDs together, and have two children.
 
Carolyn Mozel
Children’s Pastor
Carolyn has serve as FBC’s KidsWorld Pastor for 12 years so far. She earned her BS in Elementary Education from George Fox University and her MA in Christian Education from Western Evangelical Seminary. Carolyn leads KidsWorld so each child knows the Gospel and grows a Biblical worldview to follow Christ for a lifetime by casting vision,  coordinating the team of 30 leaders, and encouraging parents. She was an elementary school teacher for 8 years. She also teaches the FBC Women’s Bible Study. Carolyn and Greg have been married for 33 years with two children. She enjoys studying Scripture, walking on the beach, reading thoughtful books, and drinking a cup of tea with friends.
 
Chris Horte
Youth Director
Chris leads the Hub Youth Ministry by casting vision, equipping leaders, teaching Bible truths that speak into the lives of students, and mentoring students to live their faith.    Chris is a student at Gordon-Conwell Seminary earning a Master’s Degree in Christian Studies. He is a graduate of UMass with a Bachelors Degree in Music Performance and previously served as the church’s Choir Director for four years. Chris devoted is life to Christ at FBC seven years ago and sensed a call to ministry while serving in the worship ministry and youth ministry. His little free time is spent studying music production and learning some of the 43 languages among the church family.
 
Isabelle Kim
College Director
Isabelle coordinates FBC’s college ministry with more than 200 students from Amherst College, Hampshire College, Holyoke Community College, Smith College, Mt. Holyoke College, and UMass. She served a full time intern last year. Isabelle works closely with Sam Su and leadership teams to coordinate agape college worship, growth groups on each campus, weekend retreats, and community service.  Isabelle is a graduate from Mt. Holyoke College with a degree in neuroscience and behavior. She enjoys drinking coffee and attending musicals. She is grateful to serve among the church family that has helped her grow so much since she arrived as a college student from California.
 
Sam Su
College Director
Sam is a second year intern investing in college ministry. He collaborates with Isabelle to plan agape college worship, campus growth groups, weekend retreats, and mission opportunities. Sam graduated from UMass with a BA in Communications focused on film production.  He also serves on the social media team and creates church videos. Sam came to UMass from Boston where his father serves as a pastor. He also works at the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion School. He enjoys photography, basketball, and video games. Sam is grateful for FBC’s investment in the emerging generation that has impacted his life and excited to further Christ’s mission among college students.   
 
Erin Ferry
Administrator
Erin manages the church office, directs our communications, coordinates use of our church campus, and serves as our financial bookkeeper.  Erin graduated from UMass with a BA in History and has worked as a historical researcher at Plymouth Plantation, tour guide at Old Deerfield Village, bank teller with Florence Savings Bank, and for the past 8 years as FBC’s Administrator.  She grew up on Cape Cod and met her husband, Chris, while at UMass. Erin and Chris are blessed with two sons. She enjoys vacationing in Maine with her family, reading historical books, drinking good coffee, and gazing at the stars through her telescope on beautiful nights.
 
Snickerdoodle
Research Assistant
Snickerdoodle serves as our Chief Canine Officer. He encourages our pastors while they research, provides late night security for our staff, and keeps everyone relaxed with his joyful tail wagging. Snicker graduated with honors from the Pet Smart Dog Training Classes. His dream is to win a blue ribbon at the Westminster Kennel Club. When Snicker isn’t serving at church he enjoys long walks with his humans, playing with his neighborhood dog buddies, chewing his extensive toy collection, and eating  as much bacon as possible. Snicker has never met a human he didn’t like.
