Complete In Christ
Series: Baptism
We’ll meet two people whose lives were changed when God crossed their paths. The first character in this story is an Ethiopian Eunuch who was spiritually hungry but with incomplete understanding about Christ. He was a prestigious government official but feeling his life was incomplete. When he experiences salvation in Christ and is baptized, he joyfully returns home to Africa. The second character we meet is Philip. He was a Christian leader fleeing persecution when he meets the Ethiopian Eunuch, guides him to Christ, and baptizes him. God uses this experience to give Philip and the first generation church more complete grasp of the Gospel reaching out to the whole world. We’ll explore the encounter of these two people to further grasp the complete Gospel and how Christ can complete our lives.
